Tone that Sagging Skin
There are many ways in order to make your skin appear smoother and younger. There are surgical procedures that are considered a bit risky and costly and of course, there are much cheaper and safer approaches and one of which is by performing facial exercises! These exercises, when performed correctly can serve an immense benefit to firming and toning your sagging skin. Here in this article are a handful of routines that you can follow if you want to firm up your neck skin and eliminate that dreadful double chin. The exercises that you are about to read must be done at least three times a week and after a week or so, you will start noticing the difference. So, why not give them a try!
1) This can be done either on a sitting or standing position. Tilt your head and look up the ceiling, keep your lips tucked but do not force them to close. Commence a chewing movement – imagine you are chewing a gum as you feel your face muscles work. Repeat this movement for about twenty times.
2) Sit in an upright position and relax. Now, tilt your head and look at the ceiling with your lips closed, but relaxed. Now, slide your lower lip over your upper lip as far as you can possibly go and hold that position for about five seconds. Slide your lower lip down and return your head to the starting position and repeat the routine for at least ten times.
3) Again, this can be done either on a sitting or standing position. Slowly turn your head to your right and remember not to lift or drop your chin. Hold that position for about five seconds and feel that stretching sensation. Go back to the starting position and repeat the procedure but this time, turn to your left. Repeat this for at least three times per side.
These are just some of the many facial excises that you can try. There are also cheek exercises if you want to eliminate sagging, chubby cheeks. Exercises that will help eliminate puffy eye bags and so much more.
