A Program to End Tiredness

Find yourself saying or thinking “I’m always so tired?”, well you aren’t the only one millions of people around the world suffer the curse of extreme fatigue each and every day. I myself was counted among that number until I made my own program.

End Tiredness Program Review:

Phase One,

Phase one is without question the hardest, but fear not just because its hardest, doesn’t mean its that hard. The first step in your daily regimen is to eat breakfast… no I am not kidding. A HUGE number of chronically tired folks make the simple mistake of skipping breakfast to sleep in or whatever, but this is terrible for your body. Your best bet for breakfast is as you may have guessed healthy hearty oatmeal, not pre packaged mind you, but rather the kind you need to take a few minutes and cook in a pot. The point is that slow release carbohydrates will give you the steady fuel your body and brain need to work throughout the day. Interestingly enough they are also great for getting past a hang over. (Though we would never suggest that you go drinking in the first place, tisk tisk!)

Phase Two,

Now that you have had breakfast for a few days consistently your energy level should be somewhat improved, so now what? Go for a walk, well not just one walk, a long series of daily brisk paced walks every day, bring a little bit of music you enjoy. This is the “power walking” made famous by so many North-American fitness gurus. You want your energy boosting walk to be within three hours of waking and for a minimum of twenty minutes.

Phase Three,

After a week or so of following the first two phases you will want to work up the courage to go to a local fitness center. Most cities have low cost public options with attractively low drop in fees. Start easy and go twice a week, you will feel better in no time.
